Privacy Policy

Privacy at a glanceNormal posts store a coarse map tile, not your precise GPS coordinate. You can delete your account and associated content from the app.

This policy explains how Tinkseed ("Tinkseed", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use Tilehood. Tinkseed is the controller of data processed for its own purposes. Contact: contact@tinkseed.com.

1. Data we process

Account: provider identifier and, where supplied by Google or Apple, email and account name; profile name, user ID, avatar, language, time zone, account type, and legal-consent record.
Content and activity: posts, replies, photos, videos, tags, likes, views, reports, blocks, favorites, moderation actions, and support messages.
Location: foreground device location used to select a map tile and nearby content. We store the resulting coarse tile with a post, not the precise GPS coordinate. Venue accounts store the submitted venue address and coordinates. Place tags may contain selected place coordinates.
Device and operations: push token, app language, device/platform information, IP address and security logs processed by infrastructure providers.
Advertising: consent choices, advertising identifiers and ad interaction/measurement data where permitted. You can revisit ad privacy choices in the app settings.

2. Why we use data and legal bases

We process data to provide accounts, location-based feeds, posting, notifications and support; enforce safety rules; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain and improve the service; comply with law; and show and measure advertising. Where applicable, our bases are performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing Tilehood, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for permissions, personalized advertising or similar technologies where required. You may withdraw consent through device or in-app settings without affecting earlier processing.

3. Public content

Posts, profile details and interactions intended for the community may be visible to other users. Anonymous posting hides the profile presentation from other users but is not anonymous to Tinkseed. Do not post precise addresses, contact details or other sensitive data about yourself or others.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Supabase (authentication, database and storage), Google services (maps, places, image safety review, sign-in and AdMob), Apple (sign-in and platform services), and Expo/EAS (build and push delivery). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data for money. Advertising disclosures may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under some US state laws; use the in-app ad privacy choices where available.

5. International transfers

Tilehood is operated from Japan and providers may process data in Japan, the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.

6. Retention

Account and content data is kept while your account is active. On account deletion, we delete the account and associated user-generated content, subject to short backup cycles and limited retention required for security, dispute resolution or law. Reports and security records may be retained for up to 24 months where reasonably necessary. Consent records may be retained while needed to demonstrate compliance. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified data may be retained.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and appeal or complain to a data protection authority. You may delete your account in Settings, or use the web deletion request. Contact us for other requests. We may verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

8. Children

Tilehood is not directed to children under 16. You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required to consent to data processing where you live. If we learn that an ineligible child provided personal data, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us.

9. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the new date; material changes may also be announced in the app.

Tinkseed（以下「当方」）は、Tilehoodの提供に伴い、アカウント情報、プロフィール、投稿・画像・動画・反応・通報・ブロック、位置情報、プッシュトークン、端末・運用情報、広告同意および広告計測情報を取り扱います。お問い合わせは contact@tinkseed.com までお願いします。

取得目的と位置情報

サービス提供、位置連動フィード、投稿・通知、サポート、安全対策、不正防止、品質改善、法令対応および広告配信・計測のために利用します。通常投稿では現在地から判定した粗い地図タイルを保存し、正確なGPS座標は保存しません。施設アカウントの住所・座標および利用者が選択した場所タグの座標は保存される場合があります。

公開・委託・国外移転

コミュニティ向けの投稿やプロフィールは他の利用者に公開されます。匿名投稿は他の利用者に対する表示上の匿名であり、当方に対して匿名ではありません。当方はSupabase、Google、Apple、Expo/EAS等を利用し、日本、米国その他の国でデータが処理される場合があります。必要に応じて契約その他の適法な保護措置を利用します。

保存期間・権利・子ども

アカウントとコンテンツは原則として利用中保存し、アカウント削除時に関連コンテンツとともに削除します。ただし、バックアップ、安全対策、紛争対応または法令上必要な範囲を除きます。通報・セキュリティ記録は必要に応じ最長24か月保存する場合があります。利用者は地域の法令に応じて、開示、訂正、削除、移転、制限、異議申立て、同意撤回等を請求できます。Tilehoodは16歳未満を対象としていません。居住地域でより高い最低年齢が必要な場合はその年齢以上である必要があります。

アカウント削除はアプリの設定または削除依頼ページから行えます。広告の選択はアプリ設定から変更できます。
