Terms of Service

These Terms form a contract between you and Tinkseed for use of Tilehood. By creating an account or using Tilehood, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to agree to these Terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account. One person or organization may not impersonate another.

2. Location-based service

Tilehood uses foreground location to show nearby content and associate posts with map tiles. Location and map results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Tilehood for emergencies, navigation, public safety, or other high-risk uses. You may revoke location permission, but core features may stop working.

3. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tinkseed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display and distribute that content solely to operate, secure, moderate, promote and improve Tilehood. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, content lawfully retained, or copies another user independently shared. You confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions.

4. Community rules

You may not post or facilitate illegal content; sexual exploitation or content involving minors; credible threats; harassment, hate or discrimination; graphic violence; non-consensual intimate material; personal or confidential information; fraud or impersonation; intellectual-property infringement; spam or coordinated manipulation; malware; location spoofing; unauthorized automation, scraping or access; or content that creates a serious safety risk. Do not encourage dangerous acts or use Tilehood to track a person without consent.

5. Moderation, reports and appeals

Users can report content and block users in the app. We may review, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect users. Context and severity matter; action is not automatic. Contact contact@tinkseed.com to appeal a moderation decision. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified immediately.

6. Advertising and third-party services

Tilehood may display advertising and link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Tinkseed does not endorse or control third-party content merely by linking to it.

7. Intellectual property notices

Tilehood software, branding and service design belong to Tinkseed or its licensors. If you believe content infringes your rights, send sufficient identification of the work, content location, contact information, a good-faith statement and evidence of authority to contact@tinkseed.com.

8. Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. You may stop using Tilehood and delete your account at any time. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tilehood is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or location-accurate operation. Tinkseed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, to the extent exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in the app and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. Contact: contact@tinkseed.com.

利用規約

本規約は、利用者とTinkseedとの間のTilehood利用契約です。利用者は16歳以上（居住地域でより高い最低年齢が必要な場合はその年齢以上）である必要があります。

投稿と禁止事項

投稿の権利は利用者に帰属します。利用者は当方に対し、Tilehoodの運営、安全確保、モデレーション、告知および改善に必要な範囲で、投稿を保存、複製、技術的に変換、表示および配信する世界的・非独占的・無償の利用許諾を付与します。違法コンテンツ、児童の性的搾取、脅迫、嫌がらせ、差別、過度な暴力、同意のない私的画像、個人情報、詐欺、なりすまし、権利侵害、スパム、位置偽装、不正アクセス・自動化・スクレイピング等は禁止します。

位置情報と安全

Tilehoodは近隣コンテンツの表示と投稿先タイルの判定に現在地を利用します。位置や地図の結果は不正確な場合があります。緊急対応、ナビゲーション、公共の安全その他の高リスク用途には利用しないでください。

モデレーション

利用者はアプリ内で通報・ブロックできます。当方は規約、法令または安全確保のため、文脈と重大性を考慮して、投稿の非表示・削除、機能制限、アカウント停止等を行う場合があります。措置は自動的なペナルティを意味しません。異議申立てはcontact@tinkseed.comまでご連絡ください。

免責・準拠法

法令で認められる範囲で本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、常時利用可能であることや位置の正確性を保証しません。強行法規上排除できない消費者の権利や責任は制限されません。本規約は日本法に準拠し、強行的な消費者法に別段の定めがある場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
